We will access the clear and strong practices of Movement Medicine to explore what really matters when all else falls away and bring new life and energy to our garden. Its an opportunity to realign the compass of your heart, to come home to yourself and take steps into your own blooming.
There will be a small ceremony to plant seeds of intention and call on support of all levels of connection so we can give what we are here to give in this life.

Its only a short walk from Glenageary DART Station and there is a car park on the grounds of the venue with free parking on the street
