We will dance into the night of the Winter Solstice in ceremony with the support of a strong circle, the Mesa of Movement Medicine, the archetypal elements and the spirit of the dance. 

This is an opportunity to connect with the depth and quiet magic of this time of year beyond and beneath the busyness and noise of Christmas. 

During the ceremony we will offer prayers for ourselves, loved ones, our ancestors and for all our relations, giving thanks for the past year and sowing seeds for the year to come. We will work with dance and song within the subtle and strong maps of Movement Medicine to support us and give us a strong container to journey into prayer space. 

During the day we will explore the practices of Movement Medicine and learn simple songs to prepare the ground and co-create sacred space for our ceremony. There will be time during the night for rest and dreaming. We will awaken together to welcome in the sunrise and have time for integration and landings.

Happy Pear food for lunch on Saturday and Sunday can be pre ordered when booking your place with us for €20 for both meals. Please be aware we will be fasting during the ceremony from after lunchtime Saturday until Sunday morning.
