(entry closed at 7.45pm so we can drop in together)
Including an optional sharing circle at the end.

Sliding scale of €5 - €18

How do I pay for the class?
Suggestion of €8 - €15 per class. There is also a donation option of whatever is manageable for you right now. If you are in a financial position where you need to, pay what you can.

Some guidelines:

How does the class work online? 
We will use Zoom, it can be accessed from computer, iPad or iPhone. If you have a computer, choose that over the iPad or iPhone, the sound will be better and you can interact more and see more of others in the class. 
Download Zoom onto your device, its free: zoom.com

You can arrive into the Zoom anytime from 7.15pm (15 mins before the class begins), click the link that came in your registration email. If you are new to zoom technology please come online 15 mins early to make sure your video and audio is working.

What do I need for the class?

You’ll need a computer, iPad or iPhone and a good internet connection.

I highly recommend connecting external speakers to your computer as this will greatly enhance the sound quality and your experience of the class.

Make a space to dance that is free of clutter or things you could trip over, perhaps with a blanket /cushions to stretch / warm up / meditate on. You don't need a large space. If you are in a shared space see if you can find a room to yourself for the class so you can fully explore your own dance. Or invite your friends/family to join you.

Set-up anything else you would like to have for vibes: nice lighting, an installation or altar, etc. (obv, take great care if using candles)
