For the Love of Life
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to bring attention, creativity and the medicine of movement to the connections in your life. The subtle, strong and clear practices of Movement Medicine can deepen and enliven existing connections and create the conditions to explore new ways to be in relationship with life on all levels.

What conditions support you to relax into who you are, be fully present and awake in yourself and be in conscious, clear and alive connection with others?
We will explore these questions through the strong practices and subtle maps of Movement Medicine. Together we will co-create and dance into ceremony to explore and deepen these connections with ourselves, others, our communities, the living earth, unseen support and the Great Mystery.
When we recognise, open to and receive the support and inspiration available to us within these circles of life, we create ground for acceptance of ourselves and each other and we can give what we are here to give in this lifetime. You will have the chance to dance with and map the circles of connection in your life to strengthen your own circle and bring a fresh perspective to your relationship with life on all levels. You will come away with a tool-kit of simple, practical, useful exercises to cultivate the garden of your life. All welcome.
