This workshop you will have the opportunity to bring attention, creativity and the medicine of movement to the connections in your life. The subtle, strong and clear practices of Movement Medicine can deepen and enliven existing connections and create the conditions to explore new ways to be in relationship with life on all levels. This weekend workshop is an opportunity to connect with the Spirit of the Dance and awaken the dancer within you. The subtle, strong and clear practices of Movement Medicine can deepen and strengthen existing connections and create the conditions to explore new ways to be in relationship with life on all levels. This is an opportunity to dance through whatever might be in the way of being more fully yourself in relationship with all that you are connected to in your life. There will be opportunity to resource and strengthen your own circle, to be more fully ‘here’, rooted within yourself, more fully alive and awake to your own potential and all that you can be. The Movement Medicine practices also support the exploration of how to be in more authentic and grounded relationship with others.
Together we will co-create and dance into ceremony to offer our prayers to all of our relationships:
ourselves, others, our communities, the living earth, unseen support and the Great Mystery. During the ceremony we will strengthen connections to guardians and protectors as well as the nourishment and inspiration of the elements of life: earth, fire, water and air. This weekend workshop is a circle to awaken all your own creative capacity to call in new possibilities of connection, to dream in new circles and to bring the medicine home to the heart of the matter. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or newcomer you will come away with a tool kit of practical and subtle exercises relevant for meeting the challenges of walking this life in these times.
