Dancing them is a way to connect directly to our deepest nature, to nature around us and to the nature of existence. The deeper we dance, the more we directly experience the reality of the interconnected nature of all life. We dance in ceremony to nourish our souls in a community sacred space for being, dreaming and healing.
There will be time to dance deep, connect together, rest and experience the beauty and soulful goodness of a Movement Medicine ceremony.
